One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one ba99ba account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonus winnings will be voided without exception.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ba99ba login credentials. ba99ba will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in writing without delay.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on ba99ba are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your ba99ba account are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. ba99ba reserves the right to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or breach of any promotion rule.
No Fraudulent Activity
Any attempt to defraud ba99ba or its players — including but not limited to collusion, use of automated betting software, chargebacks, identity fraud, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account termination. ba99ba reserves the right to withhold funds and report such activity to relevant financial institutions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the ba99ba website at ba99ba.app or any of its associated services, applications, or platforms (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games, promotions, or services offered on the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ba99ba ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") in relation to your use of the Platform. ba99ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To register and maintain an account with ba99ba, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and other non-natural legal persons may not hold player accounts.

Account Registration
To access the full range of ba99ba's gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account by completing the ba99ba Login registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and a chosen password. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and current.
Each individual may hold only one ba99ba account. If ba99ba determines that you have registered or are operating more than one account — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or otherwise — ba99ba reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any associated bonus winnings, and restrict future registrations from that individual.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account on your behalf, or use another player's account for any purpose. ba99ba accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
ba99ba reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks on any account at any time. This may require you to submit additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or identification documents. Failure to cooperate with EDD checks within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. ba99ba will communicate all EDD requests via the email address registered to your account.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ba99ba — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your ba99ba account balance.
ba99ba supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in your account management area and may be subject to individual account verification status.
- Deposits: Credited to your ba99ba account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. ba99ba does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Any fees applied by your mobile banking provider or bank are outside ba99ba's control.
- Withdrawals: Processed within 2–5 minutes to your registered mobile banking account under normal conditions. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.
- Third-Party Payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. ba99ba will reverse such transactions and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment channel used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible. ba99ba reserves the right to apply alternative methods where this is not feasible.
Bonuses & Promotions
ba99ba offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- ba99ba reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited in good faith prior to the cancellation date.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
- ba99ba's promotions are intended for recreational players. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus offer for any player at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation or professional arbitrage betting.
- Free spins, free bets, and tournament credits are promotional tools only and hold no monetary value until all applicable conditions are satisfied.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ba99ba Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, and their funds withheld pending investigation. Where applicable, ba99ba will report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities.
- Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human agent to interact with the Platform or place bets.
- Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game engines. Any winnings generated by exploiting a known or discovered glitch are not valid and will be voided.
- Providing false, misleading, or forged identification or verification documents.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection thresholds.
- Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy services, or any other tool designed to mask or misrepresent your geographic location or device identity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ba99ba's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to sporting events.
ba99ba employs advanced fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any activity matching the indicators of prohibited conduct will be flagged for manual review. Players under investigation may have their accounts temporarily restricted during the review period. ba99ba's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.
Account Suspension & Closure
ba99ba reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any platform-specific rules.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
- A legal, regulatory, or law enforcement requirement to do so.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting ba99ba's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-vested bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ba99ba, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic or non-economic loss.
ba99ba makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. ba99ba will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime via the Platform or registered email addresses.
Where a software error, game malfunction, or technical fault results in an incorrect display of game outcomes, odds, or account balances, ba99ba reserves the right to void the relevant transactions and restore account balances to the state immediately prior to the error. ba99ba's decision on technical fault resolutions is final and binding.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes ba99ba's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to ba99ba's internal dispute resolution process via the support team at [email protected]. ba99ba aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
